How often do I have to workout?

There are three plans.

Beginner Training Program = 3-4 x a week...with three to four days off. A beginner in fitness is someone just starting their journey, focusing on learning the basics, building foundational strength, and establishing a consistent workout routine. If this is you, you’ll fit right in THE RESET.

Intermediate Training Program = 5 x a week...two days off. An intermediate in fitness has moved beyond the basics, focusing on refining technique, increasing intensity, and further building strength and endurance. If this is you, you’ll crush this program.

Advanced Training Program = 6 x a week...one day off. Let’s go!

Do I have to track my macros?

No. By closely following the meal plan you’ve been assigned, you'll maximize your chances of success with no macro tracking. Just eat what is on the plan.

How long does it take to meal prep?

On average, 15 - 20 minutes.
